United Galactic Bylaws

• We reserve the right to change rates and account features at any time. You will always be notified prior to any change and all changes will not affect any current contract or pre-paid services you may have with us.
• You will be held to the features of the account you purchase from us. Exceeding bandwidth and storage use will most assuredly result in extra charges.
• IRC bots are not allowed under any circumstances. Scripts or programs which we judge to be using a disproportionate amount of server resources or which we feel are a security risk are subject to being deleted. In an emergency, we will kill the offending app first and then notify you.
• We have ZERO (that means NO) tolerance for spam!!! All spam sent from our servers will be dealt with quickly by automatic cancellation of the offending account with no refunds.
• We have ZERO (that means NO) tolerance for sites containing any of the following type of content: pornography, warez, violence, hate crimes (including, but not limited to, hate speech based on race, religion or sexual orientation). We reserve the right to judge what does and does not meet this criteria. Any site violating this will be automatically cancelled with no refunds.
• If we get notified that a client site contains copyrighted material, you will be asked to remove the offending content. Continued violation of copyright law will cause your account to be cancelled with no refunds.
